Beautiful use of the Goddess Belldandy. I Especially enjoy how the amazing image behind her twists around her form. The earth she hold clearly shows the good hearted nature she has for earth. The Background behind is well done in the fact also that it is used to pull you toward the Goddess herself. Your best work.
